I'm a fairly normal kind of girl... if there is any such thing as "normal" these days!

I have two beautiful teenage children who are both very well adjusted & happy. My children mean a lot to me and I try to spend as much "quality" time with them as I can. My ex & I have an amicable 50 / 50% arrangement, that is quite workable and even flexible when it needs to be.

I have my own business but am still casual teaching with the Department of Education as a back-up whilst it grows. You could say I have the "ambition chip", meaning that I strive to be the very best I can be & get the very most out of life that I can get! That doesn't mean that I don't have time for down time... I love to sometimes fritter the hours away doing nothing in particular too. I don't mind my own company, but I find now that I would love to share some of those fritteriing hours with someone I can feel comfortable with... a new found friend and eventually, lover.

My personality style is fairly bubbly and out-going and I tend to look on the bright side of life. I love to be in the company of others that also have a positive outlook on life.

I am honest, warm, compassionate and very loyal to my friends and partners. I am very affectionate and cuddly too, so you would have to be up for giving and receiving lots of cuddles! Good god... I sound like a blooming puppy! I do promise I am house broken though!

I love the outdoor life and have spent a great deal of time involved in water-skiing. Both the kids also learnt to ski at a fairly young age. As a family, we all learnt to snow ski too, so I love to hit the slopes during the winter. haven't been down for a couple of years now... so I'm having withdrawals! This year... for sure!!

I also have my open water scuba certificate and enjoy a good dive on a Sunday too. I would very much like to dive in some nice warm, tropical waters off Fiji or Mauritius or somewhere like that rather than our chilly Sydney and South Coast waters!

The sort of guy I'm attracted to would be someone who is honest, warm and caring with a great deal of integrity. Someone who takes pride in their appearance and their personal grooming.
(I love an nice smelling aftershave !! )
They would have to be reasonably well educated and socially aware. I would like them to have good family values and yet have a wild and "wicked" side too! (like me)
A good sense of humour is always a must as I love to laugh and be "entertained".
I have been known on the odd occaision for dancing on tables when slightly under the influence... so you would have to either join me or be there ready to catch me !!

Being the cuddly thing that I am, I definitly love snuggling up on a comfy lounge with
someone special, a bottle of good wine and a DVD or two. But I also love being wined and dined in a nice restaurant over- looking some glistening waters edge somewhere or going out to art galleries, the theatre or even to a busltling city wine bar or live band.

I am looking for someone I feel connected to, just like everyone else I guess. But I'm not after a short term fling or one night stands. If the connection and chemistry is right, then I'll be ready for a long term relationship. What about you?

It would be nice to find all this somewhere near or in the "shire" as that's where my roots are for the moment due to family commitments etc.
