I like time with family and friends, cooking (grew up in restaurants...pretty passionate foodie), the beach, dancing to great music, practicing yoga, going on adventures, gardening, traveling, playing pool and spending quiet nights at home. I'm looking forward to going back to school...want to start on my next career. My musical tastes are not very mainstream, never really listen to the radio or watch videos...jazz, funk, soul, r&b, disco, rare groove, reggae, dancehall, salsa, downtempo, house(all kinds), electronica, world, folk, rock, hip hop, nu jazz, neo soul...the list goes on...although any mention of "smooth jazz" usually makes me nervous...

A great date for me would consist of many things...I'm most comfy playing it by ear, start off simple and see where it takes us...beach, lounge, dive bar, play pool, bowling, amusement park, drinks, a walk, sharing a simple meal (hotdogs are my favorite food...go figure), maybe a sunset drive on the coast if the vibe is right, window shopping, air hockey...anything...as long as the laughs are easy, the conversation is varied and engaging and you smell right...to me...
