I’m not perfect but I try to uphold the values taught to me by my parents so that I can build trust and respect in my relationships. I am empathetic and caring towards others, especially the elderly and people with special needs. I understand self-respect, so I try to set healthy boundaries for myself. I’m self-aware and will embrace my strengths and weaknesses. My mother taught me to bounce back from difficulties and keep moving forward. I enjoy laughing, my eldest sister says I’m naughty because I create humour in everyday situations. I have a peaceful and calming side too.
The guy I’m looking for will have integrity and character. His family and friends will always come first. He must have a good self-image about himself and believe he deserves the best.
He must be courageous enough to go after what he wants even during self-doubt. He should not be afraid to approach women and spark conversation. He should be someone who listens, and not just want to talk all the time. He should be a leader and I his support. He should respect himself and those around him. He should be empathetic. In South Africa there’s a lot of gender-based violence against women and children. I want a guy who will fight against injustice towards females and children and thinks that could be his own mother, sister, son, or daughter. He should have a good sense of humour. He must be humble and with good manners.
