Not easy but am trying to make the decision to move on and enjoy myself again. Have a young family. Enjoy the outdoors, spending time with my kids, cooking, nights in, long baths with a glass of something, trying to get fit again - would love to run a marathon again. Looking for a friend I guess at first and see where things go
